Description:
This workshop will provide an overview of the functions and processes performed by membership and marketing to support retention practices in chapters. Topics to be discussed include first-year engagement, membership auto-renew (MAR), membership retention tool kit, email campaigns, and best practices from local chapter perspective. The objective of this session is to walk participant through creating an integrated retention plan to use with their chapters.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:• Describe how membership and marketing leaders can work together to support retention practices. • Describe how to create an integrated retention plan.
