Using a number of PMI's Chapter Leaders' Guides as tools, this session will address the "what and the how" of creating a sustainable chapter through leadership succession planning. We will explore policies, processes and good practices.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:• Describe best practices in succession planning. • Discuss policies and processes to help chapters operate in a sustainable model.
